Experience dining with Private Chef Valentin :
As grandson and son of restaurateurs from Lyon, I have always been passionate about cooking.

After completing my apprenticeship in the top hotel school in Lyon and training under the guidance of Mr Pierre Orsi, a Michelin starred chef, I ventured abroad to abroad to broaden my culinary horizons.

My journey took me from Ausstralia to studying under Yanick Allleno's disciple and then to London, where I worked for Mr Pierre Gagniere, a chef with 3 Michelin stars.

I have also hed several chef positions in Corsica and Courchevel.

After gaining diverse experiences , I spent four years in Switzerland working as a private chef for many notable personalities in their villas.

In October 2022, I embarked on a new adventure as a private chef in Saint Martin.

I am thrilled to continue exploring the world and creating delicious meals for my clients.

 

Additional charge:

Waitress per hour $ 25.00

 

Vacationstore cancellation policy:

Reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

The deposit is not refundable after booking on Vacationstore. Any cancellation on vacationstore will be credited as vacation dollars and can be used for other packages on Vacationstore.
